These timeless garments are quick and easy to sew, but comfy to wear for years to come! They are suitable for beginners and as a first trouser pattern.

Fabric recommendations For both variations, choose either a light or medium-weight fabric, preferably drapey or with a slight drape. Good options include, for example: viscose, cotton lawn, or washed linen. You can buy ready-made cord for the drawstring, or sew a cord from your own fabric. Cord sewing instructions are included in the pattern.

2 cm (3/4”) elastic, your waist measurement
